As you may remember, I am responsible for ordering balloon arches for the IL Aisle at various tradeshows throughout the country. I wanted to take the time to write you, which I do not ordinarily do, to tell you once again how pleased I am with your services.

From the initial contact, my experience was absolutely the best ever. Never before had I had a company e-mail me an example of my purchase. You had great options that I have never seen before. You worked with the convention center and show decorator to get the details that you needed to do your job. When I arrived in Pittsburgh you notified me of a minor change that most companies would just have left for me to deal with. The balloons themselves looked fabulous. We actually received several comments about how nice our arches look. Your invoice was clear and concise.

My name is Dianalee K. I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my sister Mary’s 65th birthday. They are still up and full as I write this letter. I could not believe it. She received balloons from friends and they did not last a week, in fact, they only lasted about 3-4 days.
