Request for Donations & Sponsorships

Due to the overwhelming amount of donation inquiries made each year, Airheads Balloon Art has instituted a policy for handling these requests. Please follow these requirements to ensure consideration for your charitable organization. Also note that Airheads will only donate product. Monetary donations and entertainment service donations will not be made.

DONATIONS:

• All requests must be in writing and can be mailed to:

or faxed to 412.793-7145

• All requests must be made at lease two (2) weeks prior to the event. Requests within two weeks of the event will be denied.

• Calling Airheads Balloon Art repeatedly to request a donation will result in the denial of the request. Airheads Balloon Art will respond to all written requests in a timely manner.

• Please list the date of the event, contact person and event information along with phone number and e-mail address in the request.

 

SPONSORSHIPS & IN-KIND DONATIONS:

• Sponsorships are considered for events in which Airheads Balloon Art will appear on T-shirts, program books, and/or will be mentioned in on-air promotional spots.

• Requests for sponsorships must also follow the guidelines above.

• Please specify anticipated attendance, t-shirts/programs to be printed etc.
