A Brief Overview

 

 

All of our décor items have a base price. Those prices, combined with the information below, make it possible to determine the approximate cost of your order. For guaranteed prices, please contact our office for a written quote. We always encourage our customers to reserve their event dates as far in advance as possible.

 

Our décor pricing structure includes several parts:

 

  • Base price
  • Set-up and Delivery fees
  • Strike fees
  • Sales tax
  • Other fees

Definitions

 

 

1.   Base Price

   The base price is the charge for labor and materials required to produce the décor. For décor prices, please contact our office via e-mail, fax, or phone.

 

   Please note that our minimum purchase for delivery is $35.00.

 

 

2.   Set-up and Delivery Fees

   These are the prices for the transport of the décor items, and materials to their final display location. It is the cost of people and vehicles traveling, transporting, and positioning. If a customer used their own vehicle to pick up an item that had been assembled in our shop, this fee would not be applied.

 

   Our set-up and delivery fees for decor are priced based on the greater of 10% or $35. Special delivery services for décor is covered in the next section.

 

 

3.   Strike Fees

   A strike fee is the opposite of the set-up fee. This is the cost of disassembling, removing, and returning the décor. If a venue or customer accepts the responsibility of removing the décor and returning any structures and lights used to our office, this fee would not be charged. (Detailed pricing below)

 

 

4.   Sales Tax

   Local and state sales tax is added to all sales and services in the amount of 7% of the total charge.

 

 

5.   Other Fees

   Other fees cover unusual expenses, such as lift rentals and electrical power user fees.

STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE  

  • Our standard delivery service times are from 9am-4pm seven days a week.
  • Our policy is to have your décor set, in place, and our vehicles gone, no later than one hour before guests are scheduled to arrive.
  • If our service time is too broad for your needs, please refer to our special delivery service choices listed below
  • Standard Set-up/Delivery fees are as follows…
    • Standard SET-UP-------(9am-4pm, daily)------------------10%, with a $35 minimum
    • PRIME Time SET-UP---( 7am-9am, 4p-6pm)--------------15% with a $50 minimum
    • After hours SET-UP-----(Prior to 7am or after 6pm, daily)--20% with a $75 minimum
    • Hi-time SET-UP(using lifts) (at any time)---------------------25%, with a $125 minimum

 

 

SAME DAY SERVICE

  • Same day service can be ordered provided that the order is placed by 11am on the day of the delivery, assuming there is an available slot for assembly and delivery.
  • There is no surcharge for same day service.

 

 

SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE (early, late & time specific)

  • When timing is of the essence, special delivery services may be available for the following additional charges, which are added to the standard delivery charge.
  • During periods of high demand, such as on Holidays, these charges may be higher.
    • During any specific 3 hour period, between 9am-4pm--$20 delivery surcharge
    • During any specific 2 hour period, between 9am-4pm--$25 delivery surcharge
    • During any specific 1 hour period, between 9am-4pm--$55 delivery surcharge
    • During any specific 30 minute period, between 9am-4pm--$75 delivery surcharge

 

    • Special delivery services are subject to the availability of the desired time slot. Once the order has been accepted, the selected delivery time is guaranteed.



STRIKE FEE (TEAR-DOWN)

 

  • Mid-Day STRIKE FEES ( 8am-6pm, daily): $35/hr with a $35 minimum
  • After hours STRIKE FEES ( 6pm-8am): $75/hr with a $75 minimum
